I really like Emily and Katherine as first names, but other than Emily Eliza, I don't really like the combos. I really dislike Mackenzie, although Katherine Mackenzie wouldn't be TOO bad.

Zoe also isn't a bad first name, but I don't really like Zoe Mackenzie. What about Zoe Eleanor? I don't *hate* Guinevere, although I like Katherine, Zoe, and Emily a LOT better. I don't think Guinevere Eleanor flows, though; it sounds kind of awkward to me. Maybe Guinevere Katherine, or Guinevere Melissa would sound better? Oh! And I really like Guinevere Eliza, too.

I adore the names Eleanor and Eliza; I want you to use one of them as a first name!

There was this girl in my high school who's full name was Katherine Bailey. Bailey was her last name. I just thought it was interesting that you chose that.
