I'm taking astronomy this semester and it is absolutely fascinating to me. During class i picked up on some interesting names, so I decided to make a list of names related to astronomy.

These are names of constellations, stars, galaxies, and a few are actual names for people that have an astronomic background.

Yeah-the Black family used lots of celestial names. And other characters had them too.

Yeah, it was a Black family tradition for children to be given names of constellations or stars. :)

Nice list~ thanks for sharing! I like Nashira, Andromeda, and Mira. I can envision all sorts of birth annoucements with variations of "A Star is Born" for kiddos with these names! :D
