It's my mom's maiden name, so I want to use it somewhere, though it's a lot trendier than most of my favorite names. I do think it works for both sexes. I think I prefer it on a boy, but since I like more male names I might end up using it on a girl (maybe as a middle name though).

Have you considered Tayla or Taylee? I don't love either of them, but they're both more feminine and I know actual children by both for whom the names seem to fit.

So many reasons why I hate it.

1. Just hate the sound and look of it.
2. It's a surname.
3. Was far too popular in 80s/90s US that it is now completely boring.
4. If you must, it's a masculine name.

I agree. It's also my son's name so I'm bias when it comes to the name. I hate hearing/seeing it on girls.

i like it for a girl only. there is a local girl named Tucker. i actually like that, too.
