There's a client named Crystal Berry apparently.

Makes me think of Amber Brown.

Can you think of any other names where the first name sounds more like an adjective of the last name?

I think I've heard of it, I just never read it. But I never thought about it being a weird name until now.

My sister's best friend growing up had a sister named Amber Brown.

Haha. Thanks. I love this icon! I wouldn't think it would be too unusual either. I was just quite a bit younger than they (especially Amber) were, and I was really into the Amber Brown series. It took me a long time to connect the two. Haha.

There was a girl in my yoga class named Kelly Green.
My best friend in elementary school was going to have a baby sister and they wanted to call her Crystal... their last name is Ball. Fortunately, they decided to call her Abigail.

I really shouldn't admit to loving Belinda Jones books, but her chick lit is the ONLY chick lit I can stomach (ridiculous cover blurbs notwithstanding).

My least favorite book of hers is The Paradise Room; its main character is a lady named Amber Pepper. And the weirdness of the name is not once acknowledged.

... love her other books, though.

I'm confused, is a Crystal Berry an object I'm not aware of?

My best friend dated a guy named William Barrow. He always went by Will, though.

I've known a Robin Berry and a Summer Berry, the latter of which sounds like one thing. Robin Berry is just funny in that they're both things.

A friend in high school claimed to have an uncle named Harry Post. Yikes.

These aren't quite adjective-noun combinations, but a teacher friend has had students named Penny Lane, Ruby Tuesday, and Justin Case.

I knew a Crystal Holliday when I was little, although I don't know of anyone who actually says that.

Oh, I also know someone named Mary Halliday (which sounds eerily similar to Merry Holidays, like for Christmas or something).
