Mollie/Molly?

Which spelling do you prefer for the name? Molly or Mollie? I've been told by a few people it changes the "image" they get from the name. I tend to agree--I sort of like Molly, but it strikes me as almost mundane; while I find myself absolutely loving Mollie. What do you think?

I like Molly. Mollie is a fish. It's a very pretty little fish that likes salty water and does well in community tanks. :) Obviously I'm an aquarium person, so that's what I think of when I see "mollie".

Oh and I'm probably biased because my kitty is Molly and I love it just the way it is.

I agree. We had mollies platys and swordtails when I was little (all very similar fresh water live bearing fish) and it doesn't seem as 'real' a name as Molly. (though i have only ever met one Molly and not even one Mollie)
