Aug. 7th, 2007 06:42 pmWhat do you think of the girls' name Sidra?
It is pronounced SID-ra and it means "to put in order" in Hebrew a
I think it's pretty and different and Sid is a cute nickname for a girl (I prefer Sidney/Sydney on boys).
Last name would also start with an S but is a Sh sound.
I'm also open to middle name suggestions.
EDIT: I've been revising and trying to come up with a new list of girl's names that I like so I thought I'd include that too.

Date: 2007-08-08 05:35 pm (UTC)I really like Adelaide, Sophie, and Violet. Avery is also a boy name to me, and I prefer Aurelia to Aurora. Besides the fact that I automatically think of Sleeping Beauty, I can't explain what it is that bothers me about Aurora... the sounds slur together too much and it seems like there's nothing grounding it. Most of the others are nice, if not my style.
