I've probly got a while before we have kids, but...

Abigail Sylvia or Sylvia Abigail?

I love the meaning of Abigail, because if/when we have a daughter, she will be her father's joy. Sylvia is the name of my late grandmother. Any opinions on the order? Last name begins with C, if you're considering initials.

Also, thoughts on Matthias Harold? Thanks!

SAC is not a nice initial combo, so I'd vote for Abigail Sylvia. It doesn't really roll of the tongue, but the fact that Sylvia is your GM's name makes it a keeper.

I agree about SAC
and I like Abigail alot as a first name.

definitely abigail sylvia. and matthias is fine, but i don't love harold (of course, if it is a family name, it's acceptable).

I think Abigail Sylvia flows a lot better, and also I dislike consonant-vowel-consonant combos for initials.

Matthias Harold sounds nice! I like Matthias better than Harold, though.
I like Matthias Leonard for a combo.

Abigail is in the top 10 SSA names right now, if that deters you at all. I think they are both lovely combos.

I LOVE Matthias. It's in my top 5 boys' names. Not so into Harold, but it sounds fine.

I don't think Matthias is popular... what #?

I think I like Abigail Sylvia better, although they both sound okay to me. And Matthias Harold sounds great. I'm not really a fan of either name, but it's a great combo and Matthias is uncommon without being weird, and if he wanted to "fit in" more, he could always go by Matt.

I think Sylvia Abigail sounds nicer.
SAC initials aren't that bad.
