My husband and I are ttc, which makes looking at names even more enjoyable. We pretty much have our first names chosen, give or take, but pairing them with middle names can be difficult.

For a boy, we will definitely use the name Sebastian. We would perhaps go with Sebastian Dean. I am not incredibly fond of Dean, but it is a family name and it holds significance for my husband.

We also like Nolan, Leonardo, Oliver, and Marius.

We are not as narrowed down on girl names, but our list is fairly small.

Helena
Genevieve
Charlotte
Cecilia
Sabrina

We are totally lost on girl name pairings. I think Charlotte Cecilia C____ sounds nice, but other than that none of our names click well.

What do you think? Any suggestions?

I agree that Charlotte Cecilia sounds good =D! As for the rest, if you want to combine some of your favourite names, they all seem a bit too long to be combined. Isn't there a nickname or another shortened version of the names you like?
I must say that I think Charlotte Helena sounds good too =)

I love Sebastian! But I am also loving Marius. Because of Victor Hugo, perhaps? I second (third?) that Charlotte Cecilia sounds lovely!

Sebastian is one of my faves, so I support that choice. If you don't go with Dean for the middle name, I think Sebastian Marius sounds pretty cool.

All of your girl names are pretty. Cecilia actually used to be one of my favorite names. I also like Helena a lot, and out of the choices you have, I think Charlotte would work the best as a middle name with Helena. I also think Cecelia Charlotte would work.

I love Oliver, but I could be a tad bias seeing as it's my older brother's name. I think it works on any age, so it'd be perfect.

I like Helena, said Hel-AYN-ah, not Hel-in-ah. Basically, I love all your girls' names, except for Sabrina. Too 'teenage witch' for me.

I like all the names on your girl list except Sabrina. I think Helena Genevieve, Helena Charlotte, Genevieve Charlotte/Charlotte Genevieve (although maybe too long?), Genevieve Cecilia, Charlotte Cecilia/Cecilia Charlotte all sound good as combos.
