Here's how I pronounce them
Julianna = Jew-lee-ahnn-ah (which doesn't make sense, as the name comes from a combo from Juliana+Anna)
Juliana = Jew-lee-ah-nah

Brianna = Bree-anna
Briana = Brian-ah

well, I wouldn't, because I don't live in an English speaking country, but I know some people spell their kid's name Breanna in order to have the Bree- sound and not the Brian-.

i think with one "n" its an "onna" sounds but with two its more of an "anna" sound.
