^Dominique is pretty common for a boy, although I believed it's spelled Dominic more often (as a boy's name, I mean).
I think Sunshine is a terrible middle name. I really like the name Dawn though, and Krysten Mae too =)
Also, Merle is a girl's name here =O ;)

yeah... with my friend, i'm pretty sure it is a family name of some kind, spelled that way. he pronounces it Dominic, though, i should have specified. he goes by Dom.

here Merle (p just like it's written, M-erle) is a guys name, but Meryl/Merril/Merill (all pronounced Mer-ril lol) are girls.

All my sources list both Merle and Merill as unisex, but the former as more commonly a boy's name and the latter more commonly a girl's.
