It sounds like the Maori version of Joseph. I adore Maori-zations!

Yeah it is the Maori version of Joseph. I love Maori-zations too!! It's quite easy to make Maori-zations for any name really, just switch the spelling to the Maori alphabet. For example my name is Martyna, in Maori it would be spelt Maatina :D
