I was on growingfamily today looking at the babies born this month for the same hospital my son was born at. I found the following "names" listed:

Aundrea isn't so bad - it sure helps with the pronounciation. My friend is named Andrea, but she says is Aundrea - no one else does tbough.

Brannen isn't bad either, and Kendraline would be ok if it was Kendralyn. Is Kresston a butchered spelling of Kristan? Or Kristen? Or something?

EXACTLY.

That's why I can name my son ANYTHING I want and avoid "trendy". The overall culture of the entire state I live in is pretty much this way. As long as I name my child something people can pronounce, I'm going to be unique.
