so i was around a few kids today. All 3 years old and under. Here are their names

Joey (full name is Joseph)
Ava
Killian
Eamonn (pronounced: Aye-Mun)

Ava and Killian are brother and sister btw.


Ava has always been a fav. of mine.

I have never heard of Eamonn before today...but  I have to say I think I like it.

I love Eamonn (I prefer Eamon, with one "N".) I've heard it's actually pronounced EE-Mun, but I've ALWAYS pronounced it Aye-mun. I believe it's the Gaelic form of Edmund.

I like the name Joseph (really like Joey, but not Joe). Ava & Killian are cute. But prefer Cillian.

My cousin married an Irish Mormon (of all things) and they've been trying to give all their kids Gaelic names, and one of the ones they talked about was Eamon.

Killian makes me think of Cillian Murphy... that guy from Batman Begins and Red Eye. Its pronounced the same, but at least it doesn't blatantly say Kill in it :P

I like Joseph, my middle name! Ava is a personal fave of mine that I hope dies out before I have too too many kids.. I'd love to name a girl Ava... Eamon is awesome! Killian is pretty sweet. I've never heard it before.

I think they're cute. Joey/Joseph is the least favorite of mine here but the rest are nice. Killian does remind me of the drink but honestly I still think it's a nice name.

I've met quite a few Eamons (of all different ages) and over here (Australia) it's usually pronounced Ay-mun, so the "ay" rhymes with "hay". It's a Gaelic name, and they're pretty popular in Australia.
