The first thing that came to mind was fishing, for some reason. To see if there was anything in this, I played around on Google and found that it is a crawdad, by name pacora crab, common in a part of Central America. The local trout feed on it. Surprisingly difficult to find a picture of it, but this was labeled as such: .
that would explain why in all of my summer books throughout elementary school there was constantly this crab character named Paco. Thanks for the research! :D
