My name is Caitlin, and my parents considered naming me Casey, but clearly ended up with Caitlin. Well there are five Caitlin's on my cheer team(of different spelling forms) and twelve in my grade. So I am starting to go by Casey. But how should it be spelled?

-Kacie
-Kaycee

My boyfriend spells it Casey. It's a good, common way to spell it. But since yours will be short for Caitlin, I'd probably go with one of those that reflects that, so my recommendation is one that starts with Cai-.

I know a girl who spells hers Kacee and I think it's cute. I see "Casey" and I think it's automatically male. That's probably because I like it on a guy better. But anyway, I like Kacee, Kaycee, and Caisey [since your name is spelled with a Cai- at the beginning].

i've had a dog, a bestfriend(girl) and a kitty all named Casey and spelled that way. Its the easiest way to spell it and if you dont choose to spell it that way everyone will mispell it like that anyway.
