I'd just like to know how you guys would pronounce a few names. Fill in text boxes with something like.. for example:

Celestia: Sel-EST-ee-uh

Thanks. :D

In the poll, I put "loo-CEE-uh" for Lucia, but I meant to put "loo-SEE-uh." That's the name my guy and I always thought we'd name our baby, if we had one. But we don't intend to have one.

I had to laugh at Alethea, because that's a former penname of mine, but with an "i" instead of the i- Alethia.

I probably pronounce some of the names a non-American English way, because I'm more used to them in German (Isolde and Katharina, for instance). And I'm not really sure how to explain how to pronounce them, because I've never been good at English phonetic spelling and Latin and German are pronounced the way they're spelled...

Do like several of the names, btw.

Some of the suggestions would be more helpful if the accented syllable were capitalized, but it looks like a few of the names have a consensus. Like most people are apparently pronouncing Idony similarly. Are you going to tell us which ones you like best/are correct?
