Carina -- pretty similar to that movie with whoopie goldberg and ray liotta: corrina, corrina
Orion -- not a big fan of it, i could see that kid being teased
Sirius -- nope
Reena -- that's alright, not like "oh my gee that's the best" about it though

My name is Orian. My parents changed the spelling to "a" to avoid me potentially being teased. (They thought it was too close to "onion"). I've always liked it, and it seems to always get the comments from females, and that's a good thing. Apparently, Orion is a common Japanese name. I like the feminine version better, Oriana, pronounced or-e-ah-na.

Yeah, I've never met anyone named Orian or even Orion before you, nor even heard of anyone with such a name - and I've always used it in my writing and such, and I really think it's a lovely name. :D

haha you're welcome :D the writing in which I usually use the name "Orion" is of the fantasy/adventure sort - for example, in the last tale featuring Orion, he was a Prince who fell in love with a common girl, and he fled the castle and his evil father with an assassin/protector at his side to go after his love and hopefully save her from grave peril. He gets to wield a sword a good deal, and he's very bold, confident, and determined. ^_^

Ceres - like the goddess of the harvest? it's cool in theory but i don't know how well it would work in practice
