How do you pronounce Senay? And on a similar note, how do you pronounce Sinead?

Thank you!

Dunno about Senay. I'd guess Sen-AY?

Sinead is Shin-AID.

I'm in England and I pronounce it SHIN-AID. I've never heard of Senay.

I guess this is a pretty redundant comment, but I don't know Senay, but Sinead is sh-NADE

After looking at the other comments, I guess it would be Shih-nade. I prefer Sioned-- Shih-ned.

Sinead is a gaelic name and in gaelic the "si" combination makes a "sh" sound.. thus those that say "Shin-aid" are pretty close in that it's more like "shn-aid" where the first sound is said like there is barely an i'ish vowel in there at all. Sinead O'connor is Irish.. and her name is Gaelic for sure.
