It's nice, Gianna francesca is gorgeous when pronounced correctly.
However, Gianna Rinaldi does little for me. I can't quite put my finger on it.. but they seem very.. similar?

Gianna is my favorite girl's name ever. However, I probably won't use it because of the religious meaning of the name.

Gia is just too cute though.

Very Italian-in-the-'60s.. if that's what they were going for..

Haha your comment sums up exactly what I was going to say...VERRRRRRRRRRRRRRY Italian...

But I like it, especially how each name ends with a vowel sound!

technically G-awn-na is incorrect, but that's how I've always heard it and I think it sounds prettier ;)

I love Italian and French names! I grew up with a Gianna, it means "beautiful daughter" if I'm not mistaken. I think Gina is cute, too, but I only like it spelled that way. I've known Jeannas and for some reason that spelling just ruins it for me, haha.

Gianna used to be my favorite name.
