I know you have your options above, but I'd stick with just Gwen, as it's a legit name by itself that sounds like it works well on a child and an adult

Guinevere, Gwenifer, Gwenllian, Gwennan, Gwenyth. That's all I could find, though, personally I would never use any of those. Gwendolyn sounds prettier imo.
