Good luck! :)

Date: 2005-07-12 07:53 pm (UTC)I think Courtney is a beautiful name spelled just the way it is =)
I agree with the commenter above on the last name. I love the name Briana or Briona, Brianna, etc. and I think it would fit nicely with the middle/last name.
I guess I'm confused too as to why there are two different last names? I take it you are unsure of if the child will have your last name or the father's?

Date: 2005-07-12 08:30 pm (UTC)I'd spell Courtney... Quortney (I think) I like Rachyl with a y cuz it's different.
But me and the father haven't decided on who's last name to use.. I think we're gonna go with whichever sounds better with the rest of the name.

So unless you want the girl's name to be mis-said and mmis-spelled all her life, keep it to Courtney

Date: 2005-07-13 02:39 pm (UTC)I really, really dislike Rachyl. Courtney is ok, but only spelled properly. I just don't understand the need to create difficult spellings. If you are looking for "something different" I'd go with an uncommon name. Not a common name that is spelled wrong.
