namess

I love names! I'm glad this community exists

for girls I like the following
Abigail
Norah
Audrey
Ophelia
Ruth
Esther
Ella
Eloise
Sadie
Lola

old fashioned, unique and classy, but not weird as such

for my conversion to Judaism when I have to pick a Hebrew name, I'm going with Moriah, it means "the hill country" or "mountian" which is appropriate because I'm obsessed with folk/bluegrass music and the culture that surrounds it, and I play banjo, also it sounds good with my first name which is Andrea (Andrea Moriah has a nice ring)

for boys I like old biblical names

Mordechai
Issac
Noah
Ezekiel
Moshe
and as reminded by the post above me, I LOVE Hayden, I forgot about that one

I know there's more hah, though I tend to like/pay more interest to girls names

when I converted I chose Ilana, it means "tree" :)
I love trees but I also chose it because one of my middle names is Elana (a variant of Ilana) , and I wanted to honour my parents by choosing a name they had given me.

I like Moriah, according to my Hebrew name book it also means "teacher".

Moriah sounds beautiful. :) My Hebrew name is Rebecca, though my parents picked it for me when I was born; I didn't choose it myself. :P I like it though.

I also like Sadie, Lola, Mordechai, and Issac especially from your other lists. :)

To this I want to add, Agnes, Pearl and Ada. I love those kinda names. Reminds me of the thirties and forties, a period in time I'm vv fond of.
