Pronounciation

I came over the Jewish surname Disraeli not too long ago, and I can't get it out of my head. Of course, there it sounds like 'dis-RAY-lee,' which I think sounds like a neat boys name.
Of course, it could be pronouced like Israel with a d in front. Or am I completely off the mark here?

For the record, though, I don't think I'll ever have any children so it's not like anyone's going to end up with it. =)

...No, it couldn't be pronounced like Israel but with a D in front, since there's an "i" at the end of it. Disraeli isn't the same as Disrael.
