I'm pregnant and I'm having a tough time coming up with a boy's name. We've already chosen "Sarah Alisia" as the girl's name.

Some boy names I like.
Jason--I could use this as a middle name because it's the baby's uncles first name.
Alexander
Aiden
Michael
Christopher
Xander

The last name will probably be Johnson (we're not married but it's his last name)

With a name as super-common as Johnson, I'd try to stay away from the super common first names. And if you do use something popular, definitely pick an unusual middle initial. This will save your kid troubles later, believe me. I have a very common first name (Jennifer) and a not uncommon last name. There were 9 of us at my university. I've had troubles at banks, utility companies, etc.

Jason -- Nice, but doesn't sound very good with Johnson.
Alexander -- I like it.
Aiden -- Prefer it spelled Aidan. Very popular lately though.
Michael -- Way too common, esp with Johnson.
Christopher -- It's ok. It was VERY common in my age group, so I'm sick of it. I know so many guys named Chris.
Xander -- I don't care for this myself, but I think it's your best bet with that last name.

Here's a good link for looking up how common names are. It's from the US government... not sure if you're American or not.
