Favorite Latin/Italian names?

DH and I just found out we are pregnant, and we have a very Italian last name. Even my stepkids have Italian first names...

But right now he and I cant agree on anything so I need some other suggestions.

YAY we are Italian too... we hope to have a girl next and name her Natalia. I also think Sicily would be pretty cute for a girl as well. :)

I like that name (and my husband LOVES IT) but MY name is "Talia" so I think they are too close.
