Kay/May

Let me begin by saying I am not pregnant, but I'm thinking of possible names for any future daughters. I know Kayla/McKayla has been really played out, but I was thinking of going with a "Kay"-like fn to honor a friend who passed away. Also, I want May or a "May"-like name as a mn to honor a family member. Any suggestions? Would (for example) McKayla Maegan have too many "ay" sounds to flow nicely?
