like... even a single consonant, e.g. Chloe Kate, is still kind of alliterative, but it's overboard when it's a double consonant like cl-cl if that makes sense

Chloe Elizabeth. Chloe Marie almost rhymes, Chloe Claire/Clare isn't HORRIBLE but personally I don't care for the cuteness of the alliteration. SOunds kinda dumb to me. And i don't like Eliza

It's okay. I have a friend named Chloe and she says that until recently everyone thought her name was so weird and couldn't prn/spell it. Now it's super popular and honestly it sounds kind of babyish to me. I liked it better before I heard it everywhere. Chloe Eliza is nice.

Chloe gives me the visual of a fat, prissy girl just because the sound when pronounced. I dunno. I say not to use Elizabeth with it, just because it's overused. Chloe Clare is an alliteration that doesn't work, imo and Chloe Eliza probably won't flow, depending on your last name.
