Just for fun, what would your name have been had you been born the opposite sex? My name is Kristy Marie, but had I been a boy, the choices were Paul Jasper III, Cody Paul, or Vincenzo Paul. I'm pretty glad I was a girl. LoL

I'm Katherine, but the plan was always that I'd go by Kate and just have the formal name to fall back on if I wanted (and I have always gone by Kate.) If I had been a boy, I would have been Nicholas....I HATE that name for some reason. lol

My name is Amanda, and I would have been a Bret. I'm not a huge fan of Amanda, but it's sure better than Bret!

I'd have been Patrick David. Which I don't think is too bad.

My son is Jack Edward, if he was a girl he'd have been Carolynn Lee.

My daughter is Evelynn Lee and if she were a boy, she'd have been Sam Hayes Lastname, IV, and we'd have called her Hayes.

no clue if I were a boy, but the other girl name they were thinking of was Cecelia. I lucked out with Adrienne.

Apparently my parents were so sure i was going to be a girl, they didn't even think about it.
And they THOUGHT they were "so sure" about my brother, that he was going to be a girl.. that when he was born, they quickly went through a name book, and only ended up to the C's before getting tired of the book, and decided on "Cameron"

I might've been a Stephanie though, but fortunately, they called me Courtney.

We had a kid named Bret in a camp I worked at once, and wasn't thinking when I wrote his name on the group poster and wrote Brat...oops!

My parents knew I was going to be a girl before they chose names - for me, it was a toss up between Geneva and Kira. They went with Geneva, but I think either would have been lovely.

My sister's name is Tamsyn, but if she had been a boy she would have been Colin.

My name is Sarah. I would have been Steven. But I've got a brother named Steven so they used it anyway. He would have been Stephanie though.

I'm a Trista (was almost a Brooke), but I would've been a Matthew...
Two very different ends of the naming spectrum if I do say so myself!

I'm Julia, and if I had been a boy, I probably would have been William, but my parents knew pretty early on that I was a girl and didn't give it too much thought. It was just a name my mom liked.

I'm pretty sure my mom was considering Julian for a boy, but she found out somewhat early that she was having a girl so I don't think she put much thought into boys' names. My name is Kelly, BTW.

Completely off topic, but Lost Without Each Other is one of my favorite songs :)

I always wondered how Jeanne is pronounced. I know that sounds weird but the two Jeannes I know say it like Jeannie, but I always thought it was pronounced Jean.
