Let's hope that Rayley's parents change their mind when the baby arrives lol. I love Cole and quite like Dylan. Cory isn't bad but it sounds too simialr to my brother's name, Rorie.

That's weird because Noa is actually a girl's name in Israel.

Also I know a Dalton who is under three. While his mum was pregnant they jokingly called the fetus Dalton because Dalton McGuinty had just been elected but the name stuck.

Yeap. Noa is a girl's name. A lot of those aren't terrible though some (like Gabe or Ellie) I would consider nicknames only.

Noa ia boy's name in Hawaii; it means freedom. I was surprised too when they went with it, because they should know it's fem in Hebrew without the H.

IMO, its better than a girl Noah. WAY better. Because my first thought is a 900 year old guy in a boat.

Caius is also Julius Caesar's first name, only it was pronounced Gaius. I thought that's what they must have been going for which would have been kind of cool, but... obviously not.

No, they picked it out of a book of Gaelic names. I think there is a pretty significant difference between G and C.

I should have written Ally's full name, which is Alexandria Joyce. No one had commented on the name before, so I completely forgot how much I actually knew about it.

I think Noel's birthday is very near Christmas, so they went with the way it's spelled when referring to Christmas.

Mackenzie is a girl, and she's in 5th grade, so I think she was named so before it got too ridiculously trendy.

I also hate the name Jenessa. She is a precious girl, but very...shall we say...homeschooled. :P

I got the spelling from the church directory, which is done by just one person, so it could very well be incorrect. But that is how it was spelled there. I agree...it looks very wrong. Like you would say "Mal-COM" instead of MAL-colm.

Noel looks like a boys name completely to me though.
I dont have mackenzie because it's trendy, it's just one of those names you hate for no reason at all!
