I love Georgia but paired with Augusta it may sound strange. Savannah isn't my style and I don't think it sound fit in with Augusta or Georgia.
Kyleigh or Kylie also aren't my style. They are very trendy sounding. I'm sure there are other names similar to Kyle that you could use as well.
I think using names are a great way to honor family. If you don't like the name I wouldn't use it but would find something similar in sound, meaning, or same initals. Stephen Richard is nice and you are honoring more than one person as well. If you want to stick with the Italian theme you could spell Georgia Giorgia. Giorgia Lynn Annette doesn't sound bad, but that also depends on your last name.
