Want to help me dream up first names that go well with the middle name Lillian?

We are just 5 weeks pregnant with our second child. Our 1.5 year old is Henry James. If this babe ends up being of the female type, she is destined to be some sort of Lillian. This would be in honor of my husband's favorite aunt, who is no longer with us.

We are open to the idea of using a variation like Lily or Liliana; however, my husband would prefer to use Lillian. Ideas?

Thanks!

Gwenna
Cora
Louisa
Brena (bren-ya)
Lucia
June (I probably shouldn't use this, though. Baby is due in June.)
Brielle

I so read that and TRIED to remember that it was a middle name. I am really starting to lose my mind.

I really don't think Lillian is that common. I've never met anyone named Lillian, although I've heard Lily and Lilliana and Illiana being used a bit more often.

With Lillian in the middle I like Gwenna Lillian the most, but doesn't have the same ring :-D

Oh, OHHH, I love Cora Lillian so much. It almost makes me cry, it's so good. Truly. I kept thinking of Nora Lillian before I clicked the cut, but Cora Lillian obviously works well too. And Cora is such a pretty name. So that'd be my choice.

other suggestions:

Ruby Lillian came to mine also, as did Adeline Lily (variation, but pretty, I think); Meredith Lillian; Audrey (or Audra) Lillian; and Thea Lillian won't let go of my brain (Theodora Lillian is beautiful to me, but it is not, I admit, everyone's style).

Pretty pretty names. I love both Louisa and Lucia but I wouldn't use either with any variation of Lillian, because of the harsh double L sound.

I think a lot of A names would go good with Lillian, like
Audrey
Anastasia
Aurora
Alexandra
Ava
I also like Nora Lillian, someone else suggested.

Lily Gabrielle is on my short list, Lillian Brielle is pretty too! Lillian June is also very nice, regardless of due date, IMO.

I think it goes very well with your last name. It's not like it's Ruby Scooby or something like that (well.) Ruby is a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful name. I love it.

I probably wouldn't even make the connection unless the parent mentioned it, since dates are usually written numerically. But then I just think June is a pretty name that should be used more often *g*
