Aug. 29th, 2015 03:44 pmChoosing a baby name. My least favourite thing to do.
I'm 20 weeks pregnant so I still have plenty of time to choose a name, but last time we didn't have a name until I was 41 weeks pregnant. I'd like to get something locked in earlier this time.
For boys I think my top name is
- Morris,
followed by
- Rowan
- Henry
- Jude
- Milo
- Samson
From all of these names, my husband likes Sam, not Samson..and doesn't mind Rowan.
For a girl I like
- Lucy
- Grace
- Rose
I'm open to suggestions. I prefer one or two syllables, fairly classic and hard for other people to mispell.

Lucy and Rose will always be classics can’t go wrong.

Of your list I like Henry the best for the boys and Grace for girls (though it is very, very common in the school I teach in.)

Lucy and Grace are lovely.
I like Rose alright, but not one of my faves, if I was going to use a "flower name" I'd go with Lily.
