Steph Curry (NBA MVP) and his wife Ayesha have welcomed their second child: Ryan Carson. A GIRL. I get it, I get, masculine names are in now for girls, but this one is too much for me. I think I say that all the time now. Their older daughter is Riley (the cutest girl ever, please watch the interviews with her if you have not).

This one is a few months old, but I didn't look it up until a couple days ago (and I don't remember ever seeing it on here). Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher welcomed a boy back in March, naming him Montgomery Moses Brian. Their first two kids are daughters, Olive, and Elula Lottie Miriam.

A cousin of a friend of mine had a daughter named River-Violet. I can't remember the middle name, but River-Violet is her first name. To be said together. They also have a boy named Rafe.

And finally, my nephew has a new half-sister (so, not related to me, but still adorbs) named Lily May.

WDYT?

I actually quite like both Curry girl names. And I like Rafe.

I think they're way too similar. I'm in the minority but I prefer Ryan though to the more gender neutral Riley.

I like them separately Rafe & Violet would have been lovely, or just River for a little girl, but hyphens are a pain (I know I have one), and two nouns always sound a silly.

Not my style but Lily May does have a nice ring to it.

I'm not normally a fan of boy's names on girls, but for some reason I've always liked Ryan on a girl. I just don't like it paired with Riley as a sibling.
