Rinskje?

There's a lady who works at my local grocery store with the name Rinskje. I've seen it on her name tag, but I've never heard it said. I figured it was Dutch from the spelling, and I've found other people with that name when I typed it into Google, but I can't get any info on the meaning or if it's short for anything, or how it's pronounced. I'm guessing 'RINS-Skya'?

Anyone know anything more about it?
