[identity profile] charuby.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] babynames
While my sister in law was in hospital after giving birth to my nephew, Rowan, we came across a few baby names that the other mum's decided to give to their newborns.

One mum couldn't decide between Star-Rae or Winter-Rae for her newborn daughter. She had another older daughter called Lexi. Another mum decided to call her newborn son Kenzie.

Both Star-Rae and Winter-Rae are hard to say. :( I don't like them.

Star-Rae sounds like she will be headlining at the local strip club in about 18 years. Winter-Rae is slightly better because at least she can go by Winnie.

Mackenzie is unisex, Kenzie not so much but it's an okay pick, I think it can work as a boys name.
I know a Kenzo, which is a popular Japanese name, his parents just liked it & he's an only child so not sure what they taste is

I hope she picked Winter Rae. Lexi I like it but its everywhere.

Both Star-Rae and Winter-Rae are horrible, but Winter is a prettier name than Star, so hopefully she went with that one.
