i love every single one of your boys names. although quinn is more of a girls name to me.

for girls, i like: sophia, esme, ellie, felicity, georgia, and scout.

I can't tell if I like Quinn better for a boy or a girl, so it's temporarily on my boys list since that list is so much shorter. :) I keep changing my mind though about whether I like it for a boy or girl better. Hmm...

I love Felicity and Scout.
I like Quinn as a girl's name rather than a boy's.
And Liam and Lucas are the boy names that I like of yours.

Because I love this game...

Sophia - classy and lasting. I like it paired with long middle names, like Margaret, Josephine and Magdalena.
Esme - love it. I have only known Turkish and Russian people with this name, but it is lovely.
Eliana - Also on my short list! "My God has answered." *adore*
Ellie - meh. I like Eleanor also, Ellie for short if necessary.
Felicity - Not my style, but cute.
Flicka - huh?
Georgia - nms, but it reminds me of Ally McBeal, which I love. :D
Josephine - adore adore adore
Lena - I like it a lot, but it would be short for Elena for me prolly.
Natalia - I hadan exchange student with this name. :)
Scout - The sentiment is not lost on me, but I wouldn't use it.
Marina - Hate this names. Marinas are not pretty. They are smelly. At least here in Seattle they are.
Margaux - weird. I don't like Margot or Margo either.

Rex - not sure how I feel
Rowan - ditto. For Gaelic name, it's nice.
Quinn - A girl to me, as others have said. I like it.
Liam - LOVE it.
Lucas - love it but wouldn't use it.
Charlie - I like this a lot. It reminds me of a high school crush. It seems common, but I don't think it is. :)

Sophia - I like it in theory, but it's too popular for me to REALLY like it.
Esme - Makes me think of a little kid saying 'Is me!'. =S

Felicity - I hate this name, but without a reason I can really explain.
Flicka - Neigh. (Ha, I'm clever.)
Georgia - Like it, I'd like it better if it wasn't a state.
Josephine - Love. My great grandma's name.

Scout - Wee... TKAM. Cliched and masculine, no thanks.

Rex - As in T-Rex? No.
Rowan - Row, row, rowan my boat... It makes me think of Rowan Atkinson. =/
Quinn - I agree that I can't see this as a girl's name. It's okay on a boy, not really my taste, but okay.
Liam - I prefer this as a NN for William.
Lucas - It's okay. I like it better than Luke.
Charlie - Prefer as a NN for Charles.

Ellie - but it can be a bit 'cutesy' or nicknamey
Georgia - I am so all about this name right now.
Josephine - classic
Natalia - just love how it sounds


Like:
Sophia - but I feel like it's very popular so that makes it just like not love for me.
Esme - on paper, not sure I'd use it.
Eliana - something about this doesn't sit right with me & that's why it's not love.
Felicity - same as Eliana.
Margaux - I go back and forth on this one. It sometimes sounds nice to me & sometimes stuck up.


Please don't:
Flicka - obvious horse reference
Scout - obvious literary reference (even though in a guilty pleasure kind of way I kind of do like this name).


Just not for me:
Lena - I just hate the long E sound in this one.
Marina - I knew a girl w/this name once. It didn't sound nice, even aside from the boat association, and people always thought her name was Maria.


Boys

Love:
Liam - always have loved this.
Rex - grown on me probably bc it's a character on a show I sometimes watch.
Rowan - also growing on me. Know a couple kids with this name & have been hearing it a lot more.

Like:
Quinn - so so to me. not bad, not great.
Lucas - I like Luke better, but that's bc I've known a few Lucas' that were kinda bleh.

Not for me:
Charlie - Brown.

besides my sister, you're the only person i've come across that likes the name esme! it always makes me think of the movie "my girl 2" when shelly said she wanted to name their baby that, and her husband says it sounds like someone sneezing... haha.

Charlie - my dad's name (and only one letter off from mine, Carlie) and I hate close names to mine. good name but Charles would be more respectable i think. i always shudder when i look at someone's id and their name is "bobby" or "johnnie"

Sophia - I associate it with a girl I know by this name who I hate, so naturally I'm not very fond of it for that reason, but it's ok.

Ellie - As a nickname for Eliana or Elle, sure, but not on its own.

Felicity - The name of one of my favorite girls in literature, so I like it. And I like the meaning of it.

Flicka - Reminds me of the horse, lol.

Georgia - Cute. I love "Georgie" as a nickname for this.

Josephine - Pretty. Just make sure you like the nickname "Josie."

Lena - Pretty! I like "Elena" too.

I also love Margaret. And I used to be all about Charles but lately I really love Charlie for some reason. Like not even as a nn but as a given name. I dunno. And I definitely like Liam as its own name and not as a nickname for William. You're right that Ellie is really nicknamey, but I guess it could be a good nn for Eliana, though then it would prob be spelled Eli, right?

re: esme. i always pronounced it ez-may but apparently the correct pronunciation is ez-mee. so i'm not really sure?
