Unusual name

babynamesI was out today and heard a mother shouting her young son, who was about 4-years old.
It was pronounced like "Kay-low".
No idea how it's spelled. Could be any of these: Calo, Caylo, Kalo, Kaylo.
Off topic: I have fallen in love with a name that I kind of made up in my head: Marloe, for a girl. If I did use it, it would be dedicated to a beautiful little village that me and my family like in south-west Wales: Marloes.
