[identity profile] being-lola-star.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] babynames

I started a new job last week and as much as some of the names in my new class are not to my taste there's only one sibling set that really has me shaking my head. Twin brothers (thankfully not identical) called Brendan and Brayden.

No. Just no.

Everyone mixes them up all the time and they're similar enough looking that it only complicate things by giving them very similar names. The group is between 2.5yo and 3.5yo and yesterday I heard another children address one of the twins as "Brayden-or-Brendan" like it was one name. Usually kids are the ones who correct adults on names but I guess this is just too similar.

I know a family who is Brendan (dad) and then 4 sons all very close in age: Brayden, Braxton, Breland, and Brevin. Mom has a random J name. Sweet family but I can't with the matchy names!

Wow that must be frustrating for those boys. Those are really too matchy. Ha I like that kids thinking, cover your bases it has to be one of them.

I have meet a girl Georgina who had a older brother George.

As for matchy twins I've saw in a baby competition Charlie & Chalia, Leon & Noel, triplets Sereen, Celine, Sammy & the themed names of Amethyst, Emerald and Sapphire
