I still think of Elliott as very much a male name. Most "unisex" names I read as male.

I think Elliot(t) is still very much a boys' name, but it's not unfamiliar on girls. Kinda like Dylan, I suppose. And I like both names, but prefer Emmett.

I love the name Elliot(t) for a boy. Emmett is ok for a boy. I don't like either for a girl. I think either one sounds ok with Patel. Either one sounds fine with Nolan.

I think Elliott is lovely, regardless of whether it's for a boy or a girl. I like Emmett, but I still prefer Elliott, especially with the last name and the sibling's name.

Those are the two names my husband and I go back and forth between. I prefer Elliott, he prefers Emmett. I've come across little girls named both names, both seemed to use the nicknames Ellie and Emmy though. I think both sound great with Nolan and with the last name though.

I love, love, LOVE Elliott. And it is totally a boy name. I cringe when I see it on girls. I like Emmett, but I like Elliott better, and I think Nolan and Elliott sound quite handsome together.
