We officially decided on a boy's name: Oliver Michael. For a girl we would like to use Mabel as a middle name but we can't come up with first names that sound good with it. My boyfriend like Lilly. I like it ok but idk if its something I want use. Suggestions for names that go with Mabel? The only thing I can come up with is Scarlett Mabel. : /

Annabelle Mabel? I agree with the poster that said it needs a longer first name and Annabelle has lots of nickname options. :) Ditto for Eleanor Mabel. Or maybe Elena Mabel?
