I don't think so. Everyone has super strong and different opinions on what names sound good together. I can't imagine how a person would write a program that could do that for anyone. haha. :/
http://www.babynamegenie.com/ lets you put in the first or middle name and last name and it'll come up with a suggestion for the other. not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for though.
Like, you list Elizabeth, Margaret, and Sarah, and it spits out Sarah Elizabeth, Sarah Margaret, Elizabeth Margaret, Elizabeth Sarah, and Margaret Elizabeth?
