My cousin's middle name is 'Blayre'. I fail to understand why the hell my aunt and uncle couldn't have just spelled it 'Blair'.

But wow, most of those are bad. I had no idea that Caitlin/variants were still so popular--I went through school in the mid-'90s and there were always three or more girls named Caitlin/Kaitlin/Kaitlyn in my classes.

Taunya .... sorry, I keep seeing "Tuna"

Kain, is the only one I like, although I prefer it spelt Kane, or Cain.

I don't understand how Katelyn/Caitlyn/Kaitlin is even in the same thought space as Auybraya or Blakelyn. Caitlin is a pretty established and normal name. But I may be biased because my sister (currently 22 years old) is named Caitlin.

I think my "favorite" might be Jaisley, as it is a blend of my two least favorite naming trends - Paisley and Jayden.

I was also wondering with Caitlin/etc. was on that list... maybe only because there's so many, but the spellings themselves aren't cringeworthy at all. They're normal.

But... Myranda? wtf? Miranda is a unique-ish enough name... no need to start it down the "y" path... ick.

Seriously, they had to ruin Miranda with a Y?! It is such a lovely name, and now it just looks trashy. Pfffft.
