Baseball Hall of Fame Names, Part 1

So I was browsing through a library book on the Baseball Hall of Fame and in the back, it shows all of the admitted players'/managers'/owners' plaques, which list their full names (except for some of the earliest players, where only their nicknames and/or commonly used names were listed).  Most of these names are pretty fabulous and interesting, so I thought I'd list them here.  These players would have been born from the mid-to-late-1800s up to the 1960s and '70s, so it's quite a range of styles.  The book is from 2009, so some of the most recent entrants may be missing.  I left off last names and nicknames are in parentheses.  I have to do this in multiple parts because LJ was being screwy with the saved draft version of this post.
