Im listening to a song called called Raoui. It is pronounced Row-ee. Its an a word from an African dialect (not sure which.) Would you pronounce it Row like bow tie or row like Im taking a bow?

Thanks.

Raoui looks similar to Raoul, ergo, I'd say "Rahw-ee", as in bow.

I'm guessing its ROW like "taking a bow." A lot of African languages are heavily influenced by French and this seems so be, too.

This name(?) reminds me of Raoul (Row-OOL)
