Alessa reminds me of the birth control pill Alesse, which would be a bit ironic as a baby name (and make me wonder about the circumstances of her conception!.

Instead of Rheya, I'd go for Rhia.
And I love Regina, but I'd probably never use it because it will be misprounounced to rhyme with vagina, and teasing would ensue :(

Ainsley isn't attractive sounding to me at all, it sounds like anus.
There isn't ONE nice thing about Kennedy.
Fallon doesn't look like a name, it looks like an accident.

Alessa - Otherwise I'd adore this name, except it reminds me too much of Silent Hill. And I don't want to name my daughter that because of the association with the contents of the game. But if you have no idea what I'm talking about, then it's a safe name choice for you.
Brenna - No special reason I like it.
Elena - Sounds sorta Russian but not quite. I think that's cool.
Michelle - my roommate's name. Plus you get the nn Shelly. ^_^
Quinn - I like it alot. To me it's a total girl's name. Blame Daria.
Rheya - Nice, although personally I'd use Freya, like the Nordic goddess :)
Vivian - it's nice, but I prefer Vivien (Gone with the Wind is one of my fave movies. I might add the -ne to it..)
