I'm reading this biography about two Italian noblewomen named Marie and Hortense Mancini, who were raised in Louis XIV's French court and got caught up in unhappy marriages and left them for liberated lives running around across Europe, sparking lots of debates about the rights of husbands and wives at the time.

Anyway, the book has their family tree, and I thought you ladies would be interested in the names from it.  Sibsets are grouped, and spouses are in parentheses.

When their names are all starting with Marie; Marie-Charlotte, Marie-Anne, and Marie-Olympe. Would they call them by their whole name or just the second half?

What book is it? Marie and Hortense's memoirs? My first thought was "Les petites Mazarines" (that I love) but it's not only about Marie and Hortense (it's also about Olympe and Marianne, and a little about the rest of the family too).

The names you listed are those that were used after they moved to France, by the way. The Mancini siblings' birth names were:

Laura Vittoria
Paolo
Olimpia
Maria
Filippo Giuliano
Alfonso
Ortensia
Marianna

And their cousins the Martinozzi sisters were Laura and Annamaria (not all sources agree on their order of birth).
