A friend's new nephew: Rylan Atticus.

Not bad. Not in love with Atticus, but not bad.

Am I the only one who thinks of Rylan as more of a feminine name? For some reason I can picture it better on a girl than a boy.

Also, a sibset I heard:

Mercy Saree
Brinson
Brayton

I don't think Mercy uses both her first and middle names on the daily, but it's the only mn I knew of the three.

I like Atticus, and I like Rylan though I agree I feel it's more suited for a girl.

Mercy is cute. Brinson and Brayton I don't really care for, and they're too similar for a sibset to me.

I know two Rylan's (m) and a Rylinn (f).
So to me Rylan was a boy name, really it's Ryan with a "l" in it. Then Rylinn came a long. I think that it can go either way, but the Rylan spelling is masculine.

I like Atticus, but hate Rylan. It just looks like Ryan spelled wrong. Mercy is cute, Brinson, Brayton, and Saree are all pretty bad. For some reason, Saree reminds me of Marlee, which is my least favorite name ever!

I really like Atticus. I know lots of Ryans, so to me Rylan sounds very similar and therefore masculine enough. I'm not sure if I *like* it as much as I like Ryan, but I've got nothing against it.

I've only seen it as Ryland and I consider it a boy's name. But Rylan for either sex is cute too.
