Khrystyfyr and Kherryn.

Or, in the world of normal people:  Christopher and Karen.
(I cannot verify these personally, but a friend texted me today saying that these are two kids at the summer camp she's working at, she hasn't met them yet but they're on her list)

Is Khrystyfyr a girl? I thought one put tons of Y's in a name to make it more fymynyn.

Khrystyfyr. I have never scene so many y's (or "why"s) in one place. In English, at least.

I'm sorry, this shit shouldn't even be legal. And that's exactly what these spellings are: shit.

I feel sorry for the letter y, because I am really beginning to hate it!

So... is this the new trend? Sure seems like it! I don't mind the Y used to make male names look feminine, because I like Carsyn/Karsyn, but completely butchering names like that is just horrible.

Also, I just don't understand why people think they have to have unique spellings. Nobody can hear how you spell your name when you introduce yourself, so in the end you're still just Christopher! Or Madison or whatever.

It's probably a boy. I was sort of being funny because it's such a horribly spelled boys name and y's are usually added to girls names. I'll be doubly horrified if it really is a girl. D:
