[identity profile] cozyjeans.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] babynames
Hi all. I was around here a few years ago, long before my daughter was even thought of. I was just interested in baby names, and I’ll admit, I had baby fever pretty bad. LOL. Now I have an almost 11 month old little girl named Haylie Elizabeth. Hubby and I are about to start TTC number two, and while we have a boy name chosen, we’re a little stumped on a girl name. We can’t seem to agree on a name that we both love. My favorite name in the whole world is Lily Isabella, but he doesn’t care for it. His favorite name is Cheyenne, which I do like and could definitely deal with, but we can’t come up with a middle name that we love that goes well with it. My favorite name that goes with Cheyenne is Elizabeth, but we’ve already used that. I know there’s nothing that says we can’t use it again, but we want our babies to be unique, and feel unique as they grow up. So I come to you fine folks to get an opinion on a stellar middle name for our yet to be conceived Cheyenne. Yup, I’m convinced it’s going to be a girl. LOL. I’m open to most names, though I don’t care for anything too far out there. I kind of like the idea of the emphasis being on the second syllable of the name, like Marie, or Michelle, but I’m not stuck on that either. Maybe your little girl’s name is Cheyenne and you have the most awesome middle name for her? Hit me with your best suggestions. Thanks!

Oh, and our last name is Scott. Simple, but therefore pretty easy to match first and middle names to our surname.

For some reason Cheyenne Sienna was the first name to pop into my mind. Although I think that you could use Isabella or Isabelle as well.

Since you like Lily, perhaps Cheyenne Lily? I know Lily gets used as a middle name a lot, but it's nice, and goes nicely with a lot of names.

My God daughter is Cheyenne Christine. Though I think Cheyenne Christina is nicer.

She gets called Cheynie (pronounced Shiny!)

Lily Cheyenne or Cheyenne Lily though Cheyenne as a first name is, like someone else mentioned, very 80's!
