Jun. 17th, 2012 12:01 pmBefore I start - I'm not planning on having kids for another 8 years or so. This is just for fun.
For a while now, these have been my if-I-had-kids name combinations:
Adelaide Beatrix Elodie
Vivica Josephine Lula
Caius Oakley Wilder
Atticus Finnley Reason
Lately I'm falling out of love with Elodie though. I've been playing around with other options - Verity has been on my mind, and I also like Georgia, Margaret, Indianna, and Eleanor/Eleanora. I'm not sure if any of those fit terribly well though. Does anyone have any suggestions for what could replace Elodie? I'm looking for something that's feminine and not very common. I'm also interested in the meaning of the name. Georgia means farmer which I like because my dad's side of the family is a farming family (this is as close as I'll get to naming my kid after someone else). I shy away from Margaret a bit because it means pearl, which doesn't mean much to me. Same with Indianna which just means land of Indians. Eleanor means sun ray which I really like because sun=happiness to me. What do you think? Can you come up with any names with good meanings that would fit with the other names I have chosen?
Some names I like that I can't use because I know people with the names: Robin, Jenelle, Daria (DARE-ee-ah), Isabelle/Annabelle, Clara, anything with Lynn (which is too bad because I LOVE Jacklynn - but my mum's middle name is Lynn and my first name is Amber-Lynn).
